POTATO CORN CHOWDER SOUP (serves 6-8)

INGREDIENTS
CREAM SAUCE BASE:
8 Tablespoons Flour
8 Tablespoons Butter
4 Cups Milk
2 Teaspoons salt
1 Teaspoons pepper
- Melt Butter `
- Add flour, salt and pepper and stir until smooth
- Gradually stir in milk stirring until thick
SOUP:
6-8 potatoes peeled and cubed
12 ounce frozen corn (more or less to personal taste0
Salt Pepper Basil Dill (TO TASTE)
- Add potatoes to creamed mixture and simmer until tender
- Add corn and seasoning to taste
- Simmer together until corn is tender
TOPPING (OPTIONAL):
Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
