Items needed: Pancake mix, pancake syrup, crackers for soup, jelly, small dish soap. Items can be deposited in the baskets at the church doors. Thank you for your generosity.
Annual School Supplies collection
Items needed: clear or solid color backpacks, #2 pencils, colored crayons and magic markers, notebooks & folders, erasers & paperclips, calculators, pens, scissors, and sharpeners.

Prayer Blanket Ministry
Church Hall 28353 Herbert, Madison Heights, MIThe prayer blanket ministry gathers many people joining together to make quilts and prayer shawls specifically designed for the sick. Fr. John blesses each blanket and the person receiving the blanket knows they are covered in prayer. The group also prays for those who will receive the blankets. All are welcomed to join in this ministry, no sewing skills required
Clothing Drive
St. Vincent de Paul volunteers will help collect your gently used clothing in the Herbert parking lot after each mass.

Jail Ministry – Candy & Soap Collection
I've heard it said, "The prisoners get soap, we don't need to supply it." However, if you were a prisoner in jail, wouldn't you appreciate a special bar of soap such as Irish Spring, Dove, Coast, Caress, or Zest? As for candy, inmates can only buy candy if they have money or as a gift from people like you. Wouldn't you appreciate a bit of sweetness? Bring your gift of soap or candy to church and put it in the specially marked baskets at the doors of the church November 11 - 26. In December, the Oakland County Jail fills with song and gift packages. If you would like to help pack packages or sing please contact Mary Ann Simmons 248-543-3420.
