The CCSEM Senior Outreach Program, serving Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties, provides groceries free of charge to the doors of qualifying clients. To qualify clients must meet at least one of the following eligibility requirements: low income, disabled or lack of transportation. Limited openings are available.
